Warming drawers are a multifunctional appliance that can be used for various functions due to adjustable temperatures between 40 and 80°C: warming tableware; keeping food at the right temperature prior to serving; achieve perfect leavening; or even cooking at low temperatures. In the latter instance, meat stays tender, delicious and succulent as well as upholding its nutritional values.
Built-in warming drawers are equipped with a handle-free push-to-open system. It stands out for its installation flush to the wall. With a width of 60 cm it can be combined with a multifunction, combi-microwave or combi-steam oven or, to complete the configuration, with a sous-vide drawer. The appliances can be placed side by side vertically or horizontally.
