Preset recipes enable immediate use and the high-resolution 10-inch display can be customised with pictures and videos. In the served area, the queue function is convincing, drinks are entered continuously and you can concentrate on the most important thing: the guest.

The Black&White4 neo is so adaptable that it fully adapts to its area of use, be it in a served or self-service area or as a mobile station at an event. Its clear design and simple handling are convincing. neo covers a daily requirement of up to 100 cups and enables a wide variety of beverages. Thanks to the Intelligent Shot Quality technology, it guarantees a consistently high quality of all coffee drinks - a real innovation artist!

SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability is very close to our hearts. At our site in Weggis, we run our production 100% from renewable energies. We produce over 10% of the electricity with our own photovoltaic system.

The Black&White4 neo uses a thick-film instantaneous water heater instead of a boiler, which only heats the water when needed. This means that the appliance does not remain in stand-by mode. Our customer can also directly influence the carbon footprint, because the Black&White4 neo processes all milk alternatives just as excellently as conventional cow's milk at the touch of a button.

FEATURES 

The patented Thermoplan ISQ (Intelligent Shot Quality) system ensures consistent premium coffee quality by automatically adjusting the grinders – regardless of the time of day, number of beverages already produced, or aging process of the beans in the course of a day. A manual insert for coffee powder is provided as standard. The BW4 neo CT is fully configurable. Various sensors for monitoring fill levels such as the freshwater tank, drip tray and bean hopper contribute to operational reliability, especially in the self-service sector. For even greater flexibility and autonomy, it is possible to equip the fully automatic coffee machine with fresh water and wastewater connections and an optional grounds chute. For increased safety in the self-service area, all containers and machine openings (bean container, water tank, grounds drawer and service door) can be locked. The solid Thermoplan Clip&Click brewing chamber system delivers multiple brewing cycles, is made of the latest materials and dishwasher-safe.
