Professional contact grill with thick glass ceramic cooking plates with high thermal resistance and stainless steel structure to guarantee long life, large grilling surface and very high heating speed thanks to the powerful infrared elements (higher than 300°C in 3 min.) for greater performance during cooking.
Not only does the glass ceramic contact grill look stylish, but its performance is top class too. The main advantage of having a ceramic finish is the fast heat up time. Add to this the natural non stick characteristics and ease of cleaning and you’ve got a winning catering combination. In minutes the contact grills can cook great burgers, chicken, fish or steaks and more complex food menus such as Jambalaya can be made with ease.
