Beech’s rotisserie oven combines our stone hearth oven design with a removable rotisserie unit. It is perfect for cooking whole beasts such as lamb as well as multiple pieces of meat and whole chickens..
The rotisserie’s intense heat results in meat that is cooked evenly and is tender and tasty. Placing the rotisserie inside the oven allows for moisture to be retained and the meat to baste in its own juices.

CONSTRUCTION
High grade castable ceramic encased in 5mm steel housing supplied in 2 major sections with removable legs. 50mm insulation covers oven body, 25mm air gap between insulation and noncombustible façade material. 75mm stone hearth floor above 25mm insulating board and 5mm plate.

CAPACITY
Roasts meat sections up to 1 meter in overall length. Cooking time depending on operator and temperature and size of meat section. Maximum loaded weight - 25kg’s.

Oven and associated systems are CE and UL certified and AS4563 compliant. UL Tested to Subject 2162 (Wood/Gas Fired). Complies to USA “ANSI-NSF standard 4” Exterior temperatures below 50°C. Compliant Gas systems with flame failure device.

Façade and Oven surround to be made of non-combustible material. Access and ventilation panel to both above and below oven - minimum 600mm x 600mm Metal infill required between oven spigot and façade to prevent hot air and flames entering the façade cavity.
