DETAIL
TO SELF-CLEAN
To keep steam vents clear of any buildup, follow these instructions each time you iron using steam.
- Open Water Tank Cover and add water.
- Plug into electrical outlet.
- Turn Temperature Control Dial to Linen ••• setting and let Iron heat for 2 minutes.
- Turn Temperature Control Dial back to OFF ( ).
- Unplug & .Hold Iron over sink.
- Turn Adjustable Steam Switch to MAX, while pressing Blast Button often.
- Allow all water to drain from Iron.

These symbols are shown below along with an explanation of their meaning.
CARE AND CLEANING
- Turn Temperature Control Dial to OFF ( ).
- Unplug. Allow Iron to cool.
- Set Adjustable Steam Switch to (Dry Iron).
- To empty water from Iron, slowly tilt pointed end of Iron over sink until water runs out.
- Do not store Iron laying flat on Soleplate
NOTE
- To avoid damage to Iron Soleplate:
- Never iron over zippers, pins, metal rivets, or snaps.
- Wipe with a soapy cloth to clean occasional buildup on Soleplate. Never use abrasive cleansers or metal scouring pads, since they may scratch surface.
